New Regulation – Effective August 29, 2025
The U.S. government has suspended the de minimis exemption for international shipments. This means that all commercial imports—including those valued at $800 or less—are now subject to duties and taxes.
Good News! ✨
Despite what you may have heard in the news, our service to the U.S. is not interrupted. Our trusted shipping partner, FedEx, continues to deliver smoothly—with no delays. In fact, in most cases, your order arrives the very next day! ?
The only change (unfortunately!) is that import fees and duties now need to be paid. But here’s the silver lining: even with these additional costs, we remain a much cheaper alternative compared to local options.

We often receive questions about the additional costs you might encounter when placing an order with us. Currently, there isn’t a simple tool to calculate duties and taxes, though FedEx is working on developing one.
FedEx U.S. import charges for shipments from Europe vary depending on the service, package details, and applicable import duties. These typically include:
U.S. Inbound Processing Fee
A €1.35 fee applied to all U.S. import shipments for customs clearance processing (effective May 2025).
Import Duties and Taxes
Determined by the U.S. government based on the product type, quantity, and its CIF value (Cost, Insurance, and Freight).
Brokerage Fees
A possible fee for FedEx’s service in paying duties and taxes on your behalf to speed up delivery.
