Yes, this option is available for the Netherlands, Belgium, France Germany. You can have your order delivered with DHL to a parcel point or to a packing station (DE). If you choose this, we will deliver it automatically with DHL parcel.
It is necessary to provide the correct address information:
1. First, enter your first and last name as usual, as well as your normal house address.
2. After finishing your order, you will get to the order confirmation page with order status. Here you must also select your desired package point (Paketpunkt/livraison en point relais DHL) or your desired packing station (DE).
DE: If you choose a Packstation, you have to add your personal customer number (also called Post Number). You can find it on your DHL customer card or in the Post & DHL app.
If you are not add all the information/Post Number, we may change the pick-up point to the closest by address that doesn't require a Post Number.
