For Germany we are registered at LUCID, the Central Agency Packaging Register (ZSVR) and are complying with the regulations of the Packaging Act (Verpackungsgesetz). You can find more information about our registration at Grüner Punkt here.
For France, we comply with the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations through our registration with the eco-organization Refashion.
The same applies for our deliveries to the UK, where we act according to the Finance Act 2021 in regards to plastic packaging.
