How do I return a package from the UK?

Due to Brexit everything has changed :(
And although we want things as easy as possible for you, it will take a little more effort to return items back to us.

The most important thing that changed is that you can't just send the items back anymore without doing all the paperwork. This means that a commercial invoice needs to be attached to the parcel as custom duties & taxes apply in the Netherlands.

As we can't accept parcel with unpaid custom duties & taxes it is utmost important to make sure you follow these instructions;

1. Select the option 'RETURN GOODS' on the Custom Declaration form (number CN22 or CN23) ;
2. Select the incoterm 'DDP' option on the Commercial Invoice. This means that the sender (you) are responsible for all costs.

As we have a contract with FedEx that also includes return shipments we get huge discounts on shipping rates. If you want to use this service please reach out to so we can check what the actual return shipping cost is. We will send you an invoice for these costs without any additional charges.
