How do I return a package from the UK?

Brexit has brought about significant changes, and we understand that you may face some challenges when returning items to us. While we strive to make the process as convenient as possible for you, returning items now requires a bit more effort.

We highly recommend using our return label service, which you can conveniently select in our return center. For a fee of 17.50 pounds, this service ensures a hassle-free return experience and minimizes potential complications.

Alternatively, you have the option to use your preferred carrier. However, please be aware that in over 80% of cases, we encounter Customs issues due to incorrect Commercial Invoices. To avoid such problems, it is crucial to follow these instructions:

1. On the Custom Declaration form (either CN22 or CN23), choose the 'RETURN GOODS' option.

2. Select the incoterm 'DDP' (Delivered Duty Paid) on the Commercial Invoice. This signifies that you, as the sender, are responsible for covering all associated costs.

3. When detailing the order amount, list each item as 1 pound to prevent taxes and customs duties.

By adhering to these guidelines, you can prevent unpaid custom duties and taxes, ensuring a seamless return process. However, we highly recommend utilizing our prepaid label, as it eliminates these potential issues and guarantees a smooth return without any customs complications.
