Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

As soon as possible, but at latest within 14 days after the moment you let us know about the cancellation of the order, we will reimburse all payments that we have received from you, including standard delivery costs. We will be paying you back by using the original method of payment. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received back the product(s), or until you have proven that you have returned the product(s), whichever comes first.

You can also opt to receive the refund as store credit.
